Personal injury is not the center of this practice. It is here because our clients' lives do not divide neatly into practice areas. If you are already working with us on your business or your estate plan and something happens, you should be able to call the lawyer you already trust rather than starting over with a firm you found in an advertisement.
Timing matters
Florida imposes deadlines on personal injury claims, and evidence degrades quickly. Surveillance footage gets overwritten, conditions get repaired, and witnesses become hard to find. If you think you may have a claim, the conversation is worth having early even if you are unsure whether you want to pursue it.
Where a matter can be resolved before a lawsuit is filed, that work is pre-litigation. Where it cannot, it becomes litigation.
